123.02 METHOD OF ENACTMENT.

The method of enactment of ordinances and resolutions of the City shall, except as otherwise provided by the City Charter, be such as is established for the enactment of ordinances and resolutions for cities within the State by the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code.
