Agenda for Council meetings shall be as follows:
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
3. Invocation.
4. Roll call of Council.
5. Approval of minutes.
6. Special resolutions and/or appointments.
7. Administrative appeals.
8. Reports and communications from the Mayor and Safety Director.
9. Council discussion on the Mayor's report.
10. General communications and reports - directors and officials.
11. Ward matters.
12. Public participation.
(a) Public statement.
(b) Council response to public.
(c) Public clarification (thirty seconds to one minute for the purpose of restating or re-articulating an original question, concern, suggestion or idea).
13. Reports of standing committees:
Budget
Finance
Tax Compliance/Appeal
Municipal Development
Moral Claims
Safety
Service and Utilities
Streets, Sidewalks and Sewers
14. Liaison reports.
15. Fund transfers and bid authorizations.
16. Contract approvals.
17. Introduction and consideration of legislation.
18. Miscellaneous.
19. Public participation.
20. Adjournment.
The failure of Council to follow the above schedule shall not affect the validity of any legislation adopted or other actions taken by Council.
