Ward Three shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of Fairway Boulevard and the southerly WickliffeWillowick boundary line and continuing northerly along the center line of Fairway Boulevard to its intersection with the center line of Edgewood Drive; thence easterly along the center line of Edgewood Drive to its intersection with the center line of Clarmont Road; thence northerly and easterly along the center line of Clarmont Road to its intersection with the center line of East 305th Street; thence southeasterly along the center line of East 305th Street to its intersection with the center line of Willowick Drive; thence northeasterly along the center line of Willowick Drive to its intersection with the center line of Bayridge Boulevard; thence northwesterly along the center line of Bayridge Boulevard to its intersection with the center line of East 315th Street; thence northwesterly along the center line of East 315th Street to its intersection with the center line of Vine Street; thence westerly along the center line of Vine Street to its intersection with the center line of the Vine Street extension; thence northwesterly along the center line of the Vine Street extension to the shoreline of Lake Erie; thence southwesterly along the shoreline of Lake Erie to the Euclid-Willowick boundary line; thence southerly along the Euclid-Willowick boundary to the Wickliffe -Willowick boundary; thence easterly along the Wickliffe - Willowick boundary to its intersection with the center line of Fairway Boulevard, which is the place of beginning.
