Ward One shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center line of the Vine Street extension and the Lake Erie shoreline and continuing southeasterly along the center line of the Vine Street extension to its intersection of the center lines of Lake Shore Boulevard and Vine Street; thence easterly along the center line of Vine Street to its intersection with the center line of East 315th Street; thence southeasterly along the center line of East 315th Street to its intersection with the center line of Bayridge Boulevard; thence southeasterly along the center line of Bayridge Boulevard to its intersection with the center line of Willowick Drive; thence southwesterly along the center line of Willowick Drive to its intersection with the center line of East 315th Street; thence southerly along the center line of East 315th Street to its intersection with the center line of Royalview Drive; thence easterly along the center line of Royalview Drive to its intersection with the center line of Bayridge Boulevard; thence northeasterly along the center line of Bayridge Boulevard to its intersection with the center line of James Street; thence easterly along the center line of James Street to its intersection with the Willowick-Eastlake boundary; thence northerly and northwesterly along such boundary to its intersection with the Lake Erie shoreline; thence southwesterly along the shoreline to its intersection with the center line of the Vine Street extension which is the place of beginning.
