For the purpose of making an equalizing adjustment of boundaries in the wards of the City pursuant to Section 3.2 of the City Charter, it is hereby determined and established that from and after the effective date of this chapter (Ordinance 61-37, passed April 19, 1961), the physical boundaries of Wards One, Two and Three as heretofore established for election purposes shall be as provided in this chapter.
