(a) The Willowick Municipal Center, located at 30435 Lake Shore Boulevard, Willowick, Ohio, is hereby designated as the Willowick City Hall for all purposes set forth in these Codified Ordinances, the City Charter or the general laws of the State of Ohio.

(b) The aforesaid Municipal Center shall be known as the Willowick Safety Municipal Center.
