(A) Creation: There is hereby created the Willowbrook Emergency Management Services and Disaster Agency (Willowbrook EMA) to prevent, minimize, repair and alleviate injury or damage resulting from the explosion of atomic or other means from without or by means of sabotage or by other disloyal actions within, or from fire, flood, earthquake, telecommunications failure or other natural or technological causes, in accordance with the Illinois Emergency Management Agency Act 1 ("the Act").
(B) Membership: This EMA shall consist of the Coordinator and such additional members as may be selected by the Coordinator. (Ord. 94-O-08, 3-28-1994)
