5-4-4: TESTING:

(A) No automatic protection device shall be tested or demonstrated without the prior written approval of the Chief of Police or his designee.

(B) No signaling device shall be tested to determine police response without the prior written approval of the Chief of Police or his designee. (Ord. 95-O-04, 3-27-1995)
