Each full-time employee of the City not covered by a collective bargaining agreement shall be allowed to use four (4) sick days per calendar year as personal days. Scheduling of sick days as personal days shall be subject to prior written approval of the department head of the employee requesting such days and to existing rules and regulations of such department.
