927.04 TAP-IN OF PRIVATE WATER LINE PROHIBITED.

No person shall tap in, cause a tap-in, make or cause to be made a connection with a public water main or water line connected with a public water main and served by such public water main without first having complied with all of the applicable provisions of Sections 927.02 and 927.03.
