927.03 CERTIFICATE FOR A SERVICE CONNECTION.

Prior to the beginning of any excavation or construction work within the Municipal right of way, the property owner or his agent shall first make application and comply with all requirements of Chapter 905 (Street Excavations) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Willoughby Hills.
