(a) Anyone who receives a general parking violation notice shall be charged a fine of ten dollars ($10.00) if paid within ten days after issuance, which fine shall, if not paid within such period, be increased to twenty dollars ($20.00).
(b) Anyone who receives a parking violation notice for a fire lane violation shall be charged a fine of fifteen dollars ($15.00) if paid within ten days after issuance, which fine shall, if not paid within such period, be increased to twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
(c) Anyone who receives a parking violation notice for a handicapped violation shall be charged a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00) if paid within ten days after issuance, which fine shall, if not paid within such period, be increased to one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00).
(d) Any vehicle having received two parking violation notices and being thirty days delinquent in the payment of same shall be subject to being towed and assessed towing and impounding fees in addition to the parking violation fees established herein.

(e) Failure to pay any parking violation notice within thirty days after issuance, where there has been no notice to contest same as provided in Section 452.21 of this chapter, shall be a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
