(EDITOR’S NOTE: The provisions of former Section 444.02 are no longer included in this chapter since the Ohio Legislature pursuant to Amended House Bill 382 (effective March 19, 1987) increased the penalty to a fourth degree felony thus necessitating that charges for the illegal sale or possession of motor vehicle keys be filed under Ohio R.C. 4549.042.)
