947.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates Section 947.08 or fails, neglects, or refuses to do or perform any act required to be done or performed by said section, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor in the first degree.

(b) Whoever violates any provision other than Section 947.08 of this chapter or fails, neglects or refuses to do or perform any act required to be done or performed by such provisions, shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
