No person shall violate any laws of the City of Willoughby, County of Lake, or State of Ohio nor commit any of the following acts in any of the parks within the City:
(a) Throw stones, missiles or hit golf balls;
(b) Write, paint or carve on any tree, bench, or structure;
(c) Scatter or throw any bottles, glass containers, or broken glass, except when disposing of same in properly designated containers;
(d) Injure or damage any tree, plant, grass, flower, turf, fruit, or structure in any manner;
(e) Throw or cause to be thrown any object on any ice skating rink or rinks;
(f) Place or leave food unattended for the purpose of feeding any dog, cat, or other animal;
(g) Use the restrooms designated for the opposite sex, unless under the age of six (6) years. (Ord. 2013-127. Passed 11-12-13.)
