121.01 ACTING MAYOR; POWERS AND DUTIES.

In the event the Mayor and the President of Council are absent from the City or unable for any cause to perform the duties of the Mayor, then the Council Vice-President, the Councilman-at-Large, or the Director of Law, in such sequence, shall become the acting Mayor and, during such period shall have the same powers and perform the same duties as the Mayor.
