Any person, firm, corporation, or other entity, who or which submits property to the provisions of Ohio R.C. Chapter 5311, shall, within seven days after the filing with the County Recorder of the declarations and other documents, file with the Clerk of Council a duplicate copy thereof. The requirements of filing with the City herein contained shall also apply to any modification or amendment to previously filed declarations, by-laws, or drawings.
