If necessary, the notice of violation provided for in Section 1341.03 shall also require the building, structure or portion thereof to be vacated forthwith and not to be reoccupied or used until the specified repairs and improvements are completed, inspected and approved by the Building and Zoning Inspector. The Inspector shall cause to be posted at each entrance to such building or structure the following notice:
THIS STRUCTURE IS IN A DANGEROUS CONDITION AND HAS BEEN CONDEMNED AND ITS USE HAS BEEN PROHIBITED BY THE BUILDING INSPECTOR.
Such notice shall remain posted until the required repairs are made or demolition is completed. No person shall remove such notice without the written permission of the Inspector. No person shall use or enter the building or structure except for the purpose of making the required repairs or demolishing the building or structure.
