1329.07 ISSUANCE OF PERMIT.

   A permit shall be issued by the Building and Zoning Inspector upon:

(a)   Approval of the intended route by the Director of Public Service, if a residential dwelling house is intended to be moved;

(b)   Filing of the written consent as set forth in Section 1329.02;

(c)   Payment to the Building and Zoning Inspector of all fees and deposits provided for in Chapter 1335; and

(d)   Compliance with all other conditions set forth herein.
