945.04 CEMETERY PERPETUAL CARE FUND.
   There is hereby established a Cemetery Perpetual Care Fund under the custody, supervision and control of the Director of Finance. Such Fund shall be separately accounted for and the assets of the Fund shall be invested in income producing investments by the Director. Such investments shall be limited to those in which fiduciaries are allowed to invest under the laws of the State governing Probate Courts. Such Fund shall consist of the funds which may be donated and contributed thereto and the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per grave sold hereafter at the City’s cemeteries, which sum shall be within the cost of each grave and such other charges authorized by legislation or by rules and regulations adopted by the Director of Public Service in accordance with law. Such Perpetual Care Funds are nonrefundable and shall be deducted from the cost of repurchases by the City.
