In order to avail himself of the appeal referred to in Section 765.21, the appellant shall, within ten days after receiving notice of such revocation, give written notice of such appeal to the Director of Public Safety and also to the Director of Law. Such appeal shall be heard by the Board of Appeals within ten days after the filing of such notice of appeal and the Board shall make its decision not later than ten days after the termination of such hearing. The decision of the Board shall be final.
