765.14 EXCEPTION.

The provisions of Sections 765.10 through 765.13 shall not apply to drivers already examined and licensed by a municipality abutting the City, in which case it shall be sufficient that there be filed with the Director of Public Safety an affidavit to that effect, containing the name and address of the driver, together with the number of his license as issued by such other municipality.
