The Director of Public Safety shall revoke any mechanical amusement device license for any violation by the licensee of any of the provisions of this chapter, including the exhibition of any device contrary to the provisions of Section 731.09. The Director is authorized, without any order of any court, to seize any mechanical amusement device exhibited contrary to the provisions of this chapter.
