702.09 SECURITY SURVEILLANCE SIGNS.
   (a)    One security surveillance sign is permitted per parcel, which shall not be greater than one square foot in the area, and either installed in a window or outside the principal building. An outside sign shall not exceed three feet in height above the ground and shall be located within six feet of the front of the building. The Chief Building and Zoning Inspector is authorized to vary the location of an outside sign where unusual landscaping features would prevent reasonable visibility, but not forward of the landscaping.
   (b)    All outside security surveillance signs shall be pre-approved as set forth in Chapter 1335 of the Codified Ordinances.
