(a) No person shall discharge any air gun, rifle, shotgun, revolver, pistol or other firearm within the corporate limits of the Municipality.
(b) Subsection (a) does not prohibit a firm or entity that manufactures component parts of a firearm from testing the component parts:
(1) In an enclosed area situated in the building in which the parts are manufactured between the hours of 7 a.m. and 9 p.m.;
(2) In a structure located in a Commercial Manufacturing (C-M), Limited Industrial (L-I) or General Industrial (G-I) zoning classification.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
