For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
AVAILABLE.
City water mains are within 200 feet of the nearest property line for the specific property in question, as measured along the easement or right-of-way from which the property is accessed.
CITY.
The City of Willis, Texas.
CITY WATER SERVICE.
The water supplied by the City of Willis.
COMMERCIAL.
Any use other than a single one or two family dwelling.
CONSTRUCTION SITE DEWATERING.
Temporary removal of ground water from an excavating site.
PERSON.
Any individual, partnership, corporation, limited liability company, association, organization, or other legal entity.
WATER WELL.
A hole drilled or bored into the earth for the purpose of removing water through mechanical or non-mechanical means.
