§ 90.062 CONDITIONS AND SANITATION.

All livestock and fowl must be provided with adequate food, water, and shelter. All pens, barns, or sheds for livestock, fowl, rabbits and pigeons shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, free of filth at all times.
