§ 90.056 GENERAL RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITIONS.
   (A)   Unless exempted by other sections of this code, the keeping or maintaining of fowl or livestock within the city limits on property that is less than three acres in size is prohibited.
   (B)   Unless exempted by other sections of this code, the keeping or maintaining of hogs, Vietnamese pot-bellied pigs or swine within the city limits is prohibited.
   (C)   (1)   No livestock shall be kept or maintained closer than 100 feet to the property line of an adjacent landowner.
      (2)   Exception. It shall be an exception to prosecution under this division that the animal(s) are roaming or grazing, and are no closer than 100 feet to an adjacent residence.
   (D)   No barn, pen, or shed used for the purposes of keeping or maintaining livestock or fowl shall be erected closer than 100 feet to the property line of an adjacent land owner.
