§ 111.17 SOLICITATION IN SELECTED PUBLIC ROADWAY PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to solicit, peddle, hawk, or to distribute handbills at any time in the public roadway, with or without a peddler license, within 1,000 feet of the following intersections:
      (1)   Any intersection with Interstate Highway 45 at FM 1097 West, including the intersections on both the east and west side of the intersection;
      (2)   Any portion of FM 1097 West from Interstate 45 to State Highway 75;
      (3)   Any portion of State Highway 75 from Rogers Street to and including the intersection with FM 2432.
   (B)   It is unlawful for the occupants of a vehicle to solicit from a vehicle that is stopped, standing or parked in a street or in a private parking area where solicitation is prohibited by the owner.
   (C)   It is unlawful for the operator of a vehicle to stop, stand or park to solicit or to allow the occupants of the vehicle to solicit in a private parking area where solicitation is prohibited by the owner.
