§ 111.04 FEE.
   The fee for the issuance of each peddler license shall be:
   (A)   For a peddler, hawker, itinerant vendor, mobile food units, or transient dealer, a fee of $50 for 90 days.
   (B)   For a solicitor (including a commercial solicitor advertising an event, activity, merchandise or service for purchase), a fee of $50 for 90 days.
   (C)   For a canvasser requesting a peddler license, no fee is required.
   (D)   For a person soliciting in behalf of a charitable, political, religious, or not-for-profit civic organization, or church that has a tax exemption under the IRS Code Section 501(c)(3) or similar tax exemption, and for which activity the seller or solicitor is uncompensated, no fee is required.
   (E)   Being a nonprofit organization, there is no fee for a license to operate a farmers market, and the license shall be valid for 365 days.
   (F)   The fee for a license to operate an arts and crafts fair is $50, and the license shall be valid for 365 days.
