§ 32.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)    Any person, other than a member of the Police Reserve Force, who shall wear the uniform or badge, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor offense and, upon conviction, shall be subject to fine of not exceeding $200.
