(A) Members of the Police Reserve Force must serve without compensation. Nothing in this section or subchapter shall be construed to authorize or permit a member of the Police Reserve Force to become eligible for participation in any pension fund created pursuant to state statute, to which regular officers may become a member by payroll deductions or otherwise.
(B) The members of the Police Reserve Force will be covered by workers compensation when working assigned duties for the city. This does not include working any "extra job" duties.
