§ 32.16 POLICE CHIEF TO BE IN CONTROL.

(A) The members of the Police Reserve Force shall be under the authority, supervision, control, and command of the Police Chief of the city, subject to all of the provisions of the ordinances of the city and of this subchapter.

(B) Members shall be appointed from a list of eligibles compiled as hereinafter provided.
