§ 152.22 CITY'S RIGHT TO SECURE BUILDING.
   Whenever it is determined by the City Building Inspector, Fire Chief, or a peace officer of the city that a building violates the minimum standards of the Code and this chapter, and is unoccupied or is occupied only by persons who do not have a right of possession to the building, the Building Inspector, Fire Chief, or peace officer of the city may secure the building subject to the provisions set out hereinafter.
