After the public hearing, if a building is found in violation of the standards set out above, the Commission may order that the building be vacated, secured, repaired, removed, or demolished, and the occupants be relocated, as provided by Tex. Loc. Gov't Code, § 214.001, as amended, the provisions of which are incorporated herein by reference.
