§ 151.49 ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTION.
   It shall be unlawful for any person operating a manufactured home park or occupying a manufactured home therein, to construct or permit to be constructed in the park any additional structure, building, or shelter in connection with or attached to a manufactured home unit; except, however, awnings or canvas or metal, storage sheds, fences, porches, carports, manufactured home skirts, antennas, and all other improvements or other suitable construction which may be attached to the manufactured homes, provided same are first checked and approved, in writing, by the Building Official. Workmanship of all porches, skirting, awnings, and sheds must be of good quality as determined by the Building Official.
