(A) No more than eight manufactured home spaces shall be situated per acre of unimproved land. Unimproved land means land upon which no roadways or sidewalks have been constructed as well as other types of improvements. Other space and distance requirements in this chapter shall not conflict with this requirement.
(B) In the enforcement of this density requirement, the more restrictive of the standards shall be applied in any situation to determine compliance with this section.
