(A) Manufactured home parks shall be kept free of litter, rubbish, and other flammable materials.
(B) Portable fire extinguishers of a type approved by the Building Official shall be kept in service buildings and all other locations designated by the Building Official. The extinguisher shall be maintained in good operating condition.
(C) Fires shall be made only in stoves, incinerators, and other equipment intended for those purposes.
