§ 151.03 FEES.
   (A)   Fees for manufactured home parks and occupancy permits shall be determined by the City Council and shall be shown in a fee schedule in Appendix A at the end of this chapter.
   (B)   The City Council shall have the right to change the fee schedule from time to time as necessary.
