§ 150.43 ADOPTION OF TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS.
   The City Council may authorize the development of technical specifications to ensure the proper implementation of this subchapter. When adopted by the City Council, the technical specifications shall be deemed incorporated into this subchapter by reference and shall be in addition to the express requirements contained herein.
