§ 150.27 BUILDING PERMIT PROCEDURES AND INSTRUCTIONS.
   The City Council hereby authorizes the Building Official to implement Building Permit procedures and instructions for construction of all buildings and structures in the city which are consistent with the codes and this subchapter.
