§ 113.30 DISPOSAL OF SALT WATER.

Permittee shall make adequate provisions for the disposal of all salt water or other impurities which he or she may bring to the surface, the disposal to be made in the manner as to not contaminate the water supply, present or prospective, or to injure surface vegetation.
