§ 113.12 APPOINTMENT OF OIL AND GAS INSPECTOR.

The City Council may at any time appoint an Oil and Gas Inspector and his or her compensation shall be set by the City Council. The Inspector can be removed at the will of the City Council. If, and when, appointed, it shall be the duty of the Oil and Gas Inspector to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
