§ 92.41 CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER.
   (A)   Position created; qualifications.
      (1)   There is hereby created the position of City Code Enforcement Officer. The Code Enforcement Officer shall receive the salary as may be from time to time established.
      (2)   The Code Enforcement Officer shall possess all qualifications necessary for registration with the State Department of Health and shall maintain the registration as a condition of continued employment.
   (B)   Administrative warrants. The Code Enforcement Officer is hereby authorized pursuant to Tex. Code of Criminal Procedure, Art. 18.05, to obtain and execute administrative search warrants in connection with any inspection which may be necessary in the performance of his or her duties and for which a warrant may be required.
