§ 90.055 RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   For the purpose of enforcing this chapter, the Animal Control Officer shall be permitted to enter and inspect any premises where livestock are kept during normal business hours. The refusal to permit such entry or inspection shall be a violation of this chapter.
