§ 154.49 VACATION OF RECORDED PLATS.
   Any recorded subdivision plat may be vacated by the owner(s) of the land covered, upon approval of the City Council in conformance with the provisions and procedures of Tex. Loc. Gov't Code, § 212.013, as amended.
