§ 154.48 RECORDING OF FINAL PLATS.
   The City Secretary shall, within 15 days of the final plat approval by the City Council, cause the final plat to be recorded in the office of the County Clerk. No final plat shall be returned or released to the subdivider until recorded as provided above.
