§ 150.67 POST-CONSTRUCTION CONTROL MEASURES.
   On areas that undergo new development or redevelopment, site construction resulting in the disturbance of one acre or more total land area, post-construction control measures in the form of structural and/or nonstructural practices are required. A description of any measures that will be installed during the construction process to control pollutants in stormwater discharges that may occur after construction operations have been completed must be included in the SWP3 and/or ESCP. Structural controls shall be put into place to address post construction runoff from new or redeveloped sites including but not limited to inlet marking or stenciling, wet ponds for five or more acres, and native vegetation as necessary.
