§ 50.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, association, or company that places solid waste in a container owned, leased, and/or paid for by another in the city is in violation of § 50.02 and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $500.
