§ 37.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provisions of this chapter shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Violations of any of the provisions of § 37.02(B) above shall, upon conviction, be punishable by a fine not to exceed $500 per offense.
